BrightPoint for Children

Founded in 2003 by Joseph Kamau, this orphanage is located in the impoverished community of Githurai outside of Nairobi. Beginning with 15 children orphaned by HIV/AIDS, the home now supports close to 50 children, including 12 members of the Daraja African Children’s Choir.

BrightPoint has implemented sponsorship programs for Basic Needs (food, food preparation, clothing, medical care and adult care) and for Primary School costs.
